Return & Refund Policy

 Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Noor Couture will gladly exchange or accept the return of unworn, un-laundered merchandise when it is returned in saleable condition and the tags have not been removed. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the order. Unless there is a manufacturer defect, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned or exchanged. This means, including but not limited to:  the garment has not been worn beyond trying it on for fit, no tags have been removed, the garment has not been laundered, and there is no strong perfume or laundry detergent odor.

You must contact Noor Couture within the first 30 days after delivery at  info@noorcouture.com .

If the item was a gift, please include the gift receipt. You can return a gift for a store credit or the gift amount will be refunded to the purchaser via the payment method on file with our payment processor.

How To Return An Item

There are two ways to initiate the return process.

  1.   a. Log in to your Noor Couture account (My Account).
        b. Click on the “RETURN” link.
        c. Follow the instructions you find there.
        d. We will send an e-mail once the item has been received and the refund processed.
  2.   a. Please email info@noorcouture.com or call us to request a refund. 
        b. In your package include a short note stating the reason for your return, and the original receipt.
        c. Mail your item, via the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation to:

Noor Couture cannot be responsible for items that get lost in the mail. Be sure to include delivery confirmation when you return your package.

We will e-mail you when the return has been processed.

    Shipping charges refunds

    In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  In the event that Noor Couture shipped an item in error or the item is defective, Noor Couture will pay shipping to rectify the situation.

    Return Exceptions

    Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or that does not have the original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

    Restocking Fee
    Noor Couture does not charge a restocking fee.

    Exchanges
    If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size, color, or style if your requested item is in stock. You will, however, have to pay return shipping.

    International Orders

    Noor Couture uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipping and will ship to any country on the USPS “Ship To” list. To see if the country to which you wish to ship is on the list, please click http://ircalc.usps.com/ Please e-mail us at: info@noorcouture.com for rates and restrictions.

    For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. As such, the recipient is responsible for shipping costs and any additional costs the country of destination may apply. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
